Arthur brings more than 20 years of corporate communications, public relations agency, and business and technology editorial experience to work for clients in the technology and professional services markets. Arthur founded Communication Strategy Group to offer a unique blend of boutique firm responsiveness with senior level talent who provide a package of services that is designed by his experience to deliver measurable results that build increased market recognition and contribute directly to increased sales.

Prior to launching Communication Strategy Group, Arthur directed internal communications and public relations, including executive visibility platforms and product launches, for Symbol Technologies, a $1.5 billion B2B division of Motorola. At Symbol he directed the global communications team and achieved more than a 200 percent increase in year-over-year positive brand media coverage.

At global public relations firm, Neale-May & Partners + GlobalFluency, Arthur provided communications strategy, media training and editorial services to a wide range of clients that spanned several industry sectors from technology to financial services. One example of Arthur’s innovative thinking is the "McAfee.com Kids: Guard Your Net!" program he spearheaded for Internet security firm McAfee.com. Designed to teach children about Internet safety and privacy issues, the campaign generated more than 7 million media impressions nationwide and earned a PRSA Silver Anvil Award of Excellence. A prior video news package for McAfee.com was recognized by PRWeek as one of the top video news releases of 2000. His work received two SABRE Awards of Excellence from The Holmes Report, one for McAfee.com’s Guard Your Net campaign and another for McAfee.com’s Wireless Security video news release.

Prior to joining Neale-May Partners, Arthur spent a dozen years directing editorial and production teams at award-winning print and interactive media, including VARBusiness, Home Office Computing, Small Business Computing, Communications Week and Windows magazine. Arthur and his team pioneered the use of desktop printing technology at CMP Media, revolutionizing and streamlining the process of newspaper and magazine creation for the publisher. He was also among the first to lead an editorial group onto the Web with the debut of Windows magazine online in 1994.

Arthur has been quoted by business print media and appeared on CNNfn. He is a co-author of Networking Windows NT that has been re-versioned and re-issued in many languages under the respected John Wiley Sons imprint. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Communications Media from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia.
