Situation:
Adaptec, a publicly-traded global storage solutions company, wanted to make sure its CEO and executive team were all telling chapters from the same brand story during a NASDAQ market opening and an investor conference afterward.
Strategy:
CSG reviewed the contents of the teams’ presentation and made strategic recommendations to solidify their message. We then reviewed the presentation of each executive and made performance-enhancement recommendations.
