Our Executive Presentation Training service helps you enhance your presentation performance capabilities. With our presentation preparation services, we'll help you prepare your company presenters – yourself, executives, product managers, brand managers – to present to any audience, of any size, with greater clarity and confidence.

Presentation Coaching

There are four stages to our presentation training services, provided one-on-one with each individual or together with a group:

Stage 1: Presentation Review

We review the presenter’s intended presentation and make recommendations regarding content, including the text and images employed to deliver the message. We help to unearth the underlying story so the presenter is not “tied to slides” but free to dialog with his or her audience.

Stage 2: Cold Presentation

We watch the presenter deliver a presentation cold and review the performance, including strengths, weaknesses and specific areas of concern. We discuss concrete areas of improvement that the presenter will need to make in order to enhance his or her performance.

Stage 3: Start/Stop Presentation

We conduct an interactive mock presentation, pausing and restarting throughout – like a DVR – so we can make comments and point out areas of strength or areas that will require more conscious thought in order to appear seamless during a presentation.

Stage 4: Uninterrupted Presentation

Finally, following a short break, the presenter delivers an uninterrupted presentation and we ask sample questions afterward. We review the presentation to recognize areas of improvement and areas that will require additional concentration and practice.

We require bios for all participants, a conference room large enough for all participants to be comfortable, a white board or flip chart and a large monitor or LCD projector during this session.

Single sessions: one presenter, 90 minutes.
Half-Day sessions: up to two presenters, 90 minutes each.
Full-day sessions: up to four presenters, 90 minutes each.
